Care and precautions

A condom is a medical device: read the leaflet supplied with the pack before use. Single use — never reuse one, and never wear two at once. Latex-free does not mean oil-safe: polyisoprene is degraded by oils, balms and petroleum jelly exactly as natural latex is. Use only a water- or silicone-based lubricant. Check the expiry date printed on the pack. Open the individual wrapper by hand and check that it is intact. No method of protection offers absolute safety against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections. Store away from heat, damp and direct light, and keep out of reach of children.

No. Polyisoprene is degraded by oil-based products, just like latex.
