SoPigalle lingerie is chosen for the quality of its lace, the precision of its cuts and how well it lasts, rather than for one evening's effect. Dresses, sets, bodysuits and teddies, corsets, accessories: two brands for now, Me Seduce and Casmir, and one simple rule — every product page lists the sizes actually available and the material stated by the brand.

A piece of lingerie is worn first of all for yourself. Whether it stays under your clothes all day or is revealed in the evening, it has to be comfortable, the right size and easy to care for. Those three criteria shaped this selection.

Lingerie dresses: long or short?

A lingerie dress dresses you without revealing everything. The Me Seduce Scarlett plays on length and the movement of tulle; the short Me Seduce Gwen comes in black, red and a backless version, and matches the teddy and shorts from the same line.

For a first piece, the short dress is the easiest to wear and to match. Compare the cuts in our Dresses collection.

Lingerie sets: two or three pieces

A lingerie set pairs a top with a bottom; the three-piece version usually adds a garter belt for a more elaborate silhouette. At Me Seduce, the Mona brings colour, the Pati, Klara, Jade and Gloria stay in classic black, and the Dotty offers a lighter two-piece set.

The pieces can be worn together or separately: a set top under an open shirt, a bottom with a dress. Find them in Sets & Ensembles.

Bodysuits and teddies: the one-piece

A bodysuit or a teddy creates a complete silhouette in a single gesture. The teddy generally has a lighter, more open cut than the bodysuit. The structured Casmir Lagerta and the airier Me Seduce Gwen illustrate these two registers.

They can be worn alone or slipped under clothing. See the Bodysuits & Teddies collection.

Corsets and basques: where lingerie becomes bolder

A corset holds and shapes: boning, lacing, structured fabrics. The Casmir Lagerta and Casmir Gingembre mark the transition from fine lingerie to a bolder register. A corset is laced gradually and should never restrict breathing; the product page gives the construction stated by the brand.

Those who want to go further will find the natural next step in our body harnesses, in leather and chains. The corsets are in Corsets & Basques.

Choosing your size: S/M, L/XL or XXL/XXXL

Our pieces come in dual sizes — S/M, L/XL, XXL/XXXL — with availability that varies by model and colour. Lace and tulle offer some give; structured pieces such as corsets offer less and call for measuring your waist and bust rather than relying on habit.

If you hesitate between two dual sizes, take the larger: lace stays in place, and a corset's lacing tightens by a few centimetres without ever loosening. The brand's size guide, where published, appears on the product page. The full method — measurements, fabrics, piece by piece — is in our guide How to choose your lingerie size.

Caring for lace and tulle

Fine lace is washed by hand or in a mesh bag, in cold water, without fabric softener or tumble drying, and dried flat. Fasten hooks and garters before washing so they do not catch the mesh. A corset is never machine-washed: spot cleaning and airing are usually enough.

Lingerie is part of a chosen, confident sexuality; our article Sex-positive: let's finally talk about desire takes that idea further. Complementary pieces — shorts, skirts — are in Accessories.

Lingerie FAQ

Which size should I choose between S/M and L/XL?

Go by your measurements rather than your usual size. Between two dual sizes, take the larger: stretch lace stays in place, and a corset's lacing can tighten, never loosen.

What is the difference between a bodysuit and a teddy?

Both are one-piece garments. The teddy is generally lighter, more open and less covering; the bodysuit, more structured, can also be worn under clothing.

Dress or set for a first purchase?

The short dress is the simplest: one piece, one size, nothing to match. A set means checking two sizes, but it can then be worn in several ways.

How do I wash a lace piece?

By hand or in a mesh bag, in cold water, without fabric softener, dried flat out of direct sunlight. Never tumble-dry.

Are XXL/XXXL sizes available on every model?

No: they depend on the model and colour. Each product page shows only the sizes actually available.
